LetDirect is SmartLetUK’s guaranteed rent scheme, offering landlords fixed monthly rental income – whether or not the property is occupied or the tenant pays. We become your tenant and sublet to thoroughly vetted occupants and providers. We take on day-day maintenance and repairs and cover the compliance for your property.
