3. Guaranteed Rent Disclaimer

While we use the term “guaranteed rent”, all arrangements are subject to the terms of an executed lease or management agreement.

Lease agreements may include break clauses which allow SmartLetUK to terminate agreements in specific circumstances.

“Guaranteed rent” means that, during the agreed contractual period, SmartLetUK is responsible for paying rent in accordance with the lease terms, regardless of occupancy or void periods.

This does not override or replace the terms of any signed agreement.
